Hike with Purpose: From Medellín to Parque Arví 🌿
Discover a different side of Medellín, on foot.
We’ll start at Santo Domingo Metrocable Station and hike up through the hills to Fundación Caminos, a local foundation working with children and families in one of Medellín’s highest neighborhoods. We’ll stop for a visit, meet the team and learn more about their work and the community.
From there, we continue climbing towards Parque Arví, where the city slowly gives way to forest. After lunch, we’ll cross a beautiful forest trail, take a break by the lagoon and finish with an easy, mostly flat walk to the Metrocable for the ride back down.

⛰️ Level: Moderate, with most of the uphill section before lunch (aprox. 3.5/5)
