Women Who Lead - Leadership Community Meetup
Meet other women in leadership, bring something you're navigating and leave with a clearer next step as well as people you can keep connecting with.
Leading people can bring up situations you don't quite know how to handle, even when you're good at your job. And if you're living abroad or managing a team remotely, you might not have people nearby you can easily talk them through with.
Women Who Lead is a small community for women who want to feel more confident leading people and build connections with other women who understand the responsibility that comes with it.
WHAT HAPPENS?
Come with one real leadership situation you'd like help thinking through. Topics could include: feedback you're unsure how to give, a team member who keeps pushing back, work you're struggling to hand over, a boundary you need to set, or a decision you keep second-guessing.
We'll start with introductions, then everyone will briefly share their situation. We'll explore shared themes and work through examples together, with coaching and facilitation from Eleanor. You'll leave with a clearer way forward, more confidence to act and a few new friends in your corner.
WHO'S IT FOR?
Women responsible for leading people who would value support and connection with other women. Whether you're a founder, digital nomad managing remotely, or stepping into your first leadership role.
Free to attend. Buy your own coffee or food if you'd like. Hosted in English by Eleanor Manuel, Leadership Development Consultant, Executive Coach and Senior People & Culture Leader.
